How to book an appointment?To book a consultation, follow these detailed steps: Visit the Appointments page on our website. Select your preferred consultation language from the options provided. Choose the type of consultation you need: Immigration, Job Searching, or Education. Click "Read More" to view the description, price, and duration of the selected consultation. Click "Book Now" to choose your preferred date, time, and see the consultant's name. Click "Next" and fill out the form. You'll see the price breakdown and total cost. Review the consultation's Terms and Conditions, which are similar to the agreement you'll sign after payment. Click "Pay Now" to go to the Checkout page. Select your preferred payment method and provide the necessary payment information. Click "Continue" to review your order before placing it. After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email and another email to sign the consultation agreement. You'll also get instructions on accessing your Client Portal and completing the Assessment Form. With everything in place, you're ready for your appointment!

Browse through the available webinars and choose the one you'd like to attend. Click "Read More" to view the description, price, and duration of the selected webinar. Click "Book Now" to pick the date and time that works for you. Click "Next" and fill out the registration form. You'll see the price breakdown and total cost. Review the webinar's Terms and Conditions. Click "Pay Now" to proceed to the Checkout page. Here, select your preferred payment method and provide the necessary payment information. Click "Continue" to review your order before finalizing the booking. Once you've completed the payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details. With everything in place, you're all set to attend the webinar!

What currency are your prices listed in?All our services are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

How can I pay for your services if I don't have a credit card?You can pay through bank transfer, Interac (if in Canada), PayPal, Western Union, or MoneyGram. To use one of these alternative payment methods, book an appointment, choose your payment method, and complete a short form to receive payment instructions via email.

Do I have to pay taxes?If you are making a payment from outside of Canada, you will not be charged taxes. However, if you are paying from within Canada, taxes will be calculated automatically based on your province.

What is the purpose of the Consultation, and what topics are excluded?The purpose of the Consultation is to assess the Client's eligibility for permanent or temporary immigration to Canada and answer any questions related to Canadian immigration law. However, the RCIC will not answer questions regarding application forms, letters of intention, or document reviews. The Consultation focuses solely on Canadian immigration programs, excluding education, employment recruitment, taxation, or other non-immigration-related topics.

Do I need to book a one-hour consultation even if I have just one question?If your question is specific to your profile, you will need to book an hour-long consultation with our consultant to review your profile and provide an accurate answer based on Canadian Immigration Regulations and Acts. If you have a general question, you can find information on our website or visit www.canada.ca.

Why do I need to complete an assessment form before my consultation?Completing an assessment form prior to your consultation allows the consultant to evaluate your profile across different immigration programs and identify opportunities tailored to your qualifications. During the consultation, the RCIC will discuss program requirements, costs, processing times, and other essential details, while also addressing any immigration-related questions you might have. This process ensures a productive and personalized consultation experience.

What can I expect from the initial consultation with the consultant?During the initial consultation with our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs), you can expect the following: Assessment of your profile: The consultant will review the information you provided on the Assessment Form to determine your potential immigration opportunities. Explanation of program requirements: The RCIC will discuss specific requirements for various immigration programs, ensuring you understand the criteria and processes. Q&A session: The consultant will address any immigration-related questions or concerns you may have, providing expert guidance and advice. Personalized immigration plan: The RCIC will honestly recommend the best immigration options tailored to your qualifications, helping you make informed decisions. Optional representation services: If you're interested in hiring our representation services, the RCIC can provide a detailed breakdown of services and fees for your consideration. Overall, the initial consultation aims to provide you with personalized guidance, clear information, and expert advice to help you navigate the Canadian immigration process.

Is the information I share with Immigrative and the consultant confidential?Yes, the information you share with Immigrative and the consultant is kept confidential. Regulated consultants are bound by professional ethics and the by-laws of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), which require them to maintain client confidentiality. To safeguard your personal information, we utilize a highly secure client management system for all communications and interactions with our clients. Rest assured, your privacy is our top priority.

Can Immigrative help me find a job in Canada?While we are a registered recruitment agency in Quebec, we only represent Canadian employers and help them find suitable candidates for their businesses. If you are a job seeker, you can complete the Job Seekers form on our website and we will contact you if we match your profile to one of the positions requested by our employers. If we do find a match, we will not charge you for the recruitment services as we are mandated by the employers. However, we do offer services to support you with your job searching process in Canada, including the Job Searching Consultation, Job Seekers Essential and Pro Kits. These services can help enhance your job searching process, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive a job offer.

Will the RCIC evaluate my family members' profiles during the consultation?The client's profile, along with their spouse and/or dependent children, will be evaluated during the consultation. However, the RCIC will not evaluate or respond to questions pertaining to third parties' profiles.

Do I have to use Immigrative's services for my immigration process after the initial consultation?You are not obligated to use our services after the initial consultation.

Can the RCIC refer me to additional services during the Consultation?Yes, the RCIC may refer the Client to additional services during the Consultation, but the Client is not obligated to accept them.

What happens if I arrive late for the Consultation?If the Client is more than 20 minutes late for the Consultation, the RCIC reserves the right to cancel the appointment without refunding fees.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, they must notify Immigrative at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the RCIC cancelling the appointment without reimbursement. The Client may reschedule only once, and fees will not be refunded after rescheduling.

What can I do if I have additional questions after the initial consultation?If you're an existing Immigrative client, you can book a Follow-up Consultation with an RCIC to address any additional questions or concerns you may have. Our team is committed to providing comprehensive immigration services, and we're always available to assist you throughout the immigration process.
