Overview

I understand that the job searching consultation does not imply or suggest that Immigrative Visa Services will find me an employment.
I understand that Immigrative Visa Services will at no time contact actively hiring companies on my behalf.
I understand only questions regarding the job searching or employment situation will been answeer during the consultation
I understand I will receive the instructions of my services by email.
I understand the time to received the standar and professional packages is 15 working days
I understand the Job searching consultation will be taking place over Zoom. (You will receive an email with instructions to join the Zoom meeting)
The client must complete the form prior to meeting or send the CV at least 24 hours before the appointment. Otherwise the job coach will complete it during the consultation and no additional time will be added for that reason.
If the client needs to cancel or re-schedule the appointment, he/she should inform Immigrative at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the job coach reserves the right to cancel without any reimbursement. In case of rescheduling, the appointment will be given according to the job coach availability. The client can only reschedule the appointment once and the fees will not be reimbursed after rescheduling the appointment.
The payment is reimbursable 24 hours before the consultation, minus a $50 CAD (fifty Canadian dollars) administrative fee. In case of a reimbursement, any transfer and banking fees will be charged to the client.

Should the client be late for the appointment, the time lost due to a late arrival, unless (deficient Internet connection or phone line, power failure, or unexpected circumstances out of the client’s or consultant’s reach that would delay the interview.) will not be compensated.
If the client arrives later than 20 minutes to the appointment, the job coach has the right to cancel the appointment and in that case there will be no reimbursement of the paid fees.
