Terms and Conditions

Understanding Our Services Terms and Conditions

  1. Refusal Notes (ATIP Request): This service is designed to assist applicants who have been refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The service includes requesting and interpreting Global Case Management System (GCMS) notes on behalf of the client. The client must provide a copy of their passport, refusal letter, and consent form authorizing the request for GCMS notes. The service does not guarantee a successful appeal or reapplication. Once we receive the notes, our team of experienced immigration consultants will analyze them thoroughly and provide you with a detailed report that explains the officer's decision-making process and any possible errors or omissions.

  2. CAQ for Students in Quebec: This service assists international students in obtaining their CAQ Certificate for Studies in Quebec. The client must be enrolled as a full-time student and pass the majority of their courses. They also need to maintain valid health and hospitalization insurance for the duration of their stay. The service does not guarantee the issuance or renewal of a CAQ.

  3. Job Seeker Essential Kit: This service includes professional writing of the client's CV, creation of a CV adapted to the software used for the personnel selection and recruitment process (ATS), preparation of an optimized CV with keywords, and provision of professional and editable templates for a Cover Letter. Two rounds of reviews or email feedback are included. The service does not guarantee job placement or interview opportunities.

  4. Job Seeker Pro Kit: This service includes all the features of the Job Seeker Essential Kit, plus the creation or adjustment of the client's LinkedIn profile and Job Bank of Canada profile. The service does not guarantee job placement, interview opportunities, or increased visibility on LinkedIn or Job Bank of Canada.

  5. Educational Services: Educational services are provided by STAR Education Advisors Inc. (EduPal). A separate service agreement will be provided for these services. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Client acknowledges that they will need to agree to the separate service agreement for educational services.

Service Platform: The Service will be delivered via the platform specified by Immigrative, with the necessary details being sent to the Client via email.

Service Fee: The Client must pay a fee for the Service upfront. All our services are priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD/ C$).

Service Purpose: The services provided by Immigrative are solely for addressing the Client's immigration or job-searching needs. Immigrative does not guarantee successful immigration or employment and will not actively contact immigration authorities or hiring companies on behalf of the client.

Instructions: Instructions for the services provided will be sent to the client via email.

​

Service Delivery: All services will be delivered within the timeframe specified by Immigrative.

​

Cancellation and Reimbursement:  Service payment reimbursements are only available if requested within 24 hours after payment, minus a $50 CAD administrative fee. Transfer and banking fees associated with reimbursements will be charged to the client. For immigration services that are governed by the regulations of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) or The Ministry of Immigration and Francisation of Quebec (MIFI), the standard terms of these bodies will apply for cancellations and reimbursements.

Electronic Agreement: The Client is required to Agree with these terms at the checkout or sign the Service Agreement electronically before proceeding with the service. For certain immigration services, a mandate agreement governed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) or The Ministry of Immigration and Francisation of Quebec (MIFI) will be sent to the clients when necessary.

Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a Service and paying the fee, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Regulation: This Agreement and the services provided by Immigrative are governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. They are also subject to the regulations of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and The Ministry of Immigration and Francisation of Quebec (MIFI) as applicable.

Please note that these are general terms and conditions and may need to be supplemented with specific terms for each type of consultation or service.
