Understanding Our Webinars Terms and Conditions

Webinar Platform: The webinar will take place over Zoom. The link to join the webinar will be sent to the Client via email.

Webinar Fee: The Client must pay the webinar fee upfront.

Cancellation and Reimbursement: Clients can cancel their registration and request a full reimbursement only within 24 hours after making the payment. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

Educational Purpose: The webinars are intended for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

Presenter's Discretion: The presenter reserves the right to select which questions to answer during the question and answer section of the webinar. Specific questions may not be addressed.

Company Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the webinar is cancelled or rescheduled by Immigrative, clients will be offered a full reimbursement or the option to reschedule to attend the webinar at the new date and time.

Acceptance of Terms: By registering for the webinar and paying the fee, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
